The company is in charge of delivering the paper on time and to the appropriate specifications. Customers have the right to a refund if the service fails to fulfill their demands. Simply calling or chatting live with the assistance team about the problem is all it takes.

Order Cancellation:

The following regulations may be followed if a customer decides to cancel an order.

  • There hasn't been a writer assigned yet.
  • If the customer asks to cancel an order before it is assigned, the customer may receive full compensation. The customer's account will be credited with the amount paid, whether it was paid through a credit card or bank transfer.

  • When the paper is already assigned to the writer
  • Once a writer is assigned to an order, the customer cannot cancel it.

    When the order is canceled or delayed, the money paid by the client will be credited to his or her account on the website and is not refundable.

Late Delivery:

If there is a delay, the client has the option to seek Time Delivery Difference Compensation, which will be determined by the following variables.;

  • Initial deadline
  • Time of delay

The following situations do not allow you to claim compensation for late delivery.

  • If the customer's actions are to blame. Payment delays, the inability to submit required information, or being too late to reply to our inquiries
  • If the assignment is late due to any issues at the customer's end. These issues include slow or faulty internet connection, system failure, etc.

Quality Issues:

  • If the consumer is dissatisfied with the job and demands compensation, the Quality Assurance Team will verify the quality standards. The client must provide comments and feedback regarding any concerns with the supplied service. The QA team investigates and calculates a figure that represents the proportion of mistakes in the paper.
  • If the customer makes a complaint because of an 'F' grade, it will not be considered valid. The company's drafts should only be used for reference and should not be submitted directly.
  • If the paper is accused of plagiarism, a Turnitin report is required. Other reports may not be accepted in place of Turnitin; otherwise, there will be no payment.

Refund Processing:

After the customer receives the refund confirmation, the request will be handled within seven days. The company will not be held liable for any transfer issues or delays caused by bank service difficulties.

  • Customers may only receive a refund through the mode of payment they used to make their purchase.
  • Please note that our services are not up for subscription, as we do not provide subscription offers.
  • We also do not offer or require recurring payments, since they are no subscription packages or periodic payment packages available at our service.

30 Days Money Back Guarantee:

The customer has 30 days from the date of paper submission to claim a full refund if the firm is unable to complete the work within the specified time.
